Returns & Exchanges Policy
Returns:
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached, in original packaging
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business
days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
- Available for size or product changes subject to stock availability
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item received was defectiveor incorrect
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Include order number, photos, and a brief description
- Replacement or refund will be arranged
